I played with my friends and we had a blast on both the dlc islands. I’m tired of getting knocked out cuz I hit my knee every time □ Side note, could the devs turn off the smoke effect from the truck? It lags the game super hard on switch.Įdit: I know I sound ungrateful at this point, but if there was an option to disable getting knocked out it would be wonderful. Same typical challenges (also including the terrible physics of certain vehicles) You can’t reach the top of cyber island with any vehicle (There is an invisible wall for vehicles that crashes any vehicle, I’m not sure if you can reach legitimately.) There are no extra achievements for any of the dlc, maybe an Easter egg but haven’t cared to spend any time that is unnecessary. If they had a bridge it would open the world even more but if you are just flying/driving around for fun there is not much reason to go to the islands that feel disconnected. You have to take a boat or fly there (you can only fly to the cyberfunk island). They are only found on this island, you can’t get rid of them unless you respawn, and as far as I know none of the challenges need them.Īnother issue is how far away the islands are too. The power ups grant a very big jump and a sub-powerful punch when you try to grab props. The trebuchets are horribly underpowered (at least for me), the two (edit: three) challenges I can think of don’t even launch the package anywhere close to the destination. But not only is it slow, it feels ripped straight from the open hulled boat with the life vest. Then a goose-shaped car that can float on water. ![]() The first is a scissor lift that practically serves the same purpose as the fork lift, but you can ride up. ![]() There are 2 vehicles, a trebuchet, and 2 power ups. The last “Stunt Sets” is the best of the worst. It’s super hard to control, it will fling you off if you don’t jump and grab it, and a good portion of challenges use them. The switch eshop lists “brand new vehicles” but the only one is a fire extinguisher jet pack. Although the variety of the clothes are better than the ones you get from challenges, it doesn’t matter when the online sucks and at most you get 4 players (2 players locally on switch)Ĭyberfunk is definitely not worth it. Dress code adds (as you would expect) more clothing options.
